Terms & Conditions

Last updated 20 September 2026.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between STAN HOLDINGS SDN BHD (202101038179), trading as De' Classic Photobooth & 360 ("we", "us"), and the person or organisation booking our services ("you"). By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you accept these terms.

Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed once we have received your signed quotation and the deposit stated on it. The deposit amount, balance due date, and full price are set out on your individual quotation, not on this page, because they vary by package and event.

Cancellation and rescheduling

[Owner to set: how many days' notice is required for a full or partial refund, whether the deposit is refundable, and any fee for rescheduling to a new date.] Until this is filled in, treat any cancellation as a case to discuss directly with us at [email protected] / +60 16-882 2215.

Payment

The balance is due as stated on your quotation, normally before or on the day of the event. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

What we need from you

Liability

We take reasonable care of our equipment and your guests' safety. [Owner to set: your actual limit of liability, and who is responsible for damage caused by a guest to hired equipment.] We are not responsible for delays or cancellation caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Force majeure below).

Use of event photos and videos

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before your event, we may use a small selection of photos or videos from your event in our portfolio and marketing. You can withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us at [email protected] / +60 16-882 2215, and we will remove the content within a reasonable time.

Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control - including severe weather, government restriction, venue closure, or a national emergency. We will work with you in good faith to reschedule where this happens.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. The terms that applied when you booked continue to apply to that booking.
